Current Opportunity - Warehouse & Delivery Co-ordinator
Location: Darch (Warehouse), Osborne Park (Store) & Perth Metro (Driving)
Responsibilities & Duties
Carry out day-to-day picking and packing of products including mirrors, dining tables, dining chairs, and rugs
Driving and Delivering Furniture. With support of our warehouse operative/driver, delivering large furniture items to our Perth metro clients
Prepare and pick orders for third-party logistics partners
Manage inward and outward goods, ensuring all paperwork is accurate and completed correctly
Check in all major deliveries, including containers, and manage receiving processes efficiently
Load and unload supplier deliveries in a safe and timely manner
Record and report any discrepancies in stock movements using the company stock inventory system
Maintain stock accuracy through regular stocktakes
Restock and replenish store inventory as required
Assist with store stock management and general warehouse support
Support store merchandising activities, including store movements, display changes, and photoshoot preparation (approximately three times per year)
Assemble products and carry out general DIY and product preparation tasks
Manage local customer delivery schedules, including customer coordination, route planning, and system check-offs
Contact customers by phone to organise and confirm delivery times (review as just keeping with Authorisation to leave)
Provide a customer-facing service when required, demonstrating professionalism, patience, and courtesy
Maintain high standards of warehouse presentation, organisation, and cleanliness
Monitor and manage the replenishment of tools and equipment required for daily operations
Actively seek opportunities to improve efficiency and effectiveness within the role
Work collaboratively with the store team, management, suppliers, and independently when required
Working to consolidate seconds, one only to be sold through Market place

Physically fit and capable of performing the manual aspects of the role
Computer literate, with the ability to use warehouse systems, programmes, and procedures
Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities
Customer-focused mindset with a positive, professional attitude
Strong teamwork skills and the ability to communicate effectively
Forklift licence (preferred)
Clean driving licence (required)
Working Monday to Friday 8am - 4pm

We are seeking a highly capable and detail-driven Operations & E-Commerce Administrator to support the integrity of our brand across digital and operational touchpoints.
This role is suited to someone organised, energetic and confident — someone who understands that precision matters, presentation matters, and process matters.
You will play a key role in maintaining the quality of our Shopify website, supporting the management team and ensuring our showroom and warehouse operations run seamlessly.
The Role
E-Commerce & Brand Integrity
Managing product uploads and updates within Shopify
Writing and refining product descriptions in line with our brand tone
Ensuring metadata and SEO alignment across all listings
Preparing and formatting imagery to meet brand standards
Maintaining consistency, accuracy and polish across the website
Operations & Administration
Entering supplier invoices and maintaining inventory accuracy (Stocky)
Managing supplier invoicing and payment reconciliation
Carry out stocktakes across showroom and warehouse
Developing and refining internal documentation and processes
Providing ad hoc administrative support to the management team
Dispatch & Logistics
Packing and processing online orders with care and accuracy
Booking deliveries with carriers and coordinating logistics
Working closely with our warehouse team to manage stock flow
Proactively following up on orders and resolving delivery issues
Covering the Dispatch Administrator during leave periods
Ensure the back end of the showroom is tidy and in order
Client Support
Managing incoming calls with professionalism and warmth
Assisting customers with product and order enquiries if needed
