If you purchased your mirror on or after January 1st, 2023, rest assured that your mirror is guaranteed to maintain its original condition for the next ten years, just like the day you bought it.

In the event that your warranty claim is deemed valid, we will promptly send you a replacement at no cost to you. In cases where the purchased product has been discontinued, we will gladly offer a mirror of similar size, shape, colour, and value as an alternative.

It's important to note that this warranty surpasses your rights under Australian Consumer law. Our goods come with guarantees that are protected by the Australian Consumer Law and cannot be excluded.

As our valued customer, you are entitled to a replacement or refund for any major failure, as well as compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. Additionally, if the goods fail to meet acceptable quality standards and the failure does not amount to a major issue, you have the right to have the goods repaired or replaced.

Please note - while our Studio Oak Range is certainly equipped and specified in many bathrooms across Australia - this range is not covered under the 10-year warranty, due to its wooden frame.
