Pricing & Orders
All prices displayed on our website are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST unless otherwise stated.
We reserve the right to:
● correct pricing errors or inaccuracies;
● cancel orders affected by incorrect pricing;
● limit quantities purchased; or
● refuse orders where fraud, misuse or unauthorised activity is suspected.
If a pricing error materially affects your order, we will contact you before processing the order.

Ownership of goods passes to you once payment has been received in full and goods have been delivered.
We use third-party freight and delivery providers across Australia.
Delivery charges are calculated at checkout based on delivery location, product size and order volume.
Estimated delivery timeframes are indicative only and may vary due to circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Customers are responsible for ensuring:
● products will fit through doorways, stairwells, lifts and access points;
● safe and reasonable access is available for delivery; and
● someone is available to receive delivery where required.
If delivery cannot be completed due to inaccurate delivery information, inaccessible premises, absence of the customer, or undisclosed access restrictions, additional delivery, storage, handling or return freight charges may apply.
Risk in goods passes to you upon delivery.
Pre-Order, Custom Order & Supplier Direct Items
Certain products sold by Granite Lane are:
● pre-order items;
● made-to-order products;
● custom products; or
● supplier-direct items, including GlobeWest products.
Lead times are estimates only and may vary due to supplier schedules, manufacturing delays, shipping delays or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
By placing an order for these products, you acknowledge and agree that:
● cancellation requests may not be possible once supplier processing or production has commenced;
● change-of-mind returns may not be accepted;
● approved returns may incur supplier restocking and freight charges; and
● refunds for approved returns may take up to 2–3 weeks to process.
Unless otherwise stated, GlobeWest delivery pricing is based on ground-floor delivery only.
Granite Lane may provide complimentary material, timber or fabric samples to assist customers in selecting suitable finishes and colours.
Samples are indicative only. Variations may occur between samples and final products due to:
● natural material characteristics;
● manufacturing processes;
● dye lot variations;
● lighting conditions; and
● screen display settings.
Exact colour and finish matching cannot be guaranteed.
Returns & Refunds
Our Returns & Refunds Policy forms part of these Terms and is available on our website.
The policy includes information regarding:
● change-of-mind returns;
● return notification timeframes;
● return freight responsibilities;
● restocking fees;
● custom and made-to-order exclusions;
● sale and clearance item conditions;
● hygiene-related exclusions;
● damaged or faulty goods; and
● refund processing timeframes.
By placing an order, you confirm that you have read and accepted the Returns & Refunds Policy.
Nothing in the Returns & Refunds Policy limits or excludes your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any rights or remedies you may have under the Australian Consumer Law (“ACL”) or any other applicable legislation which cannot lawfully be excluded.
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
Where permitted by law, our liability for breach of any non-excludable guarantee is limited, at our option, to:
● replacing the goods;
● repairing the goods;
● paying the cost of replacing or repairing the goods; or
● resupplying services.
