We collaborate with the fastest and most cost-effective couriers Australia-wide. Simply enter your details at checkout, and our automated shipping calculator will efficiently determine your delivery cost.

For our larger pieces and furniture items (including items such as sofas, armchairs, dining chairs and tables, and pendants) we will charge you the exact shipping costs from our couriers which will be calculated to your address. You will be emailed after your purchase with a separate invoice for the shipping costs.  If you would prefer to calculate shipping before you purchase simply email us at hello@granitelane.com.au with your order and address details.

Our in-stock items ship from Perth WA and all orders received will be shipped within 24 hours (Monday to Friday). Pre-order items will be shipped directly from our supplier warehouses.

Our aim is to provide you with the best value and most reliable shipping and delivery. For your larger items, we are always working to reduce our handling and shipping costs and do not profit from these. We currently use a number of courier companies depending on your location and the size/weight of your item.

Please note:

  • Please allow 2-5 business days for your parcel to be delivered locally and up to 10-15 business days (depending on where you are located). Please allow additional time for peak periods or adverse weather events like floods, or if you live outside a capital city or remote location.
  • Please ensure that there will be someone at the address you provide for delivery, as all our items including Studio mirrors and Rugs come with “Authority To Leave”(ATL) permission. This allows the courier to deliver the package to your specified address without the need for a signature upon delivery. Should you wish for special delivery instructions please address in the comments box in the 'shopping cart' or contact us hello@granitelane.com.au and we will do our best to meet your needs.
  • Packages will be posted Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays)
  • We are unable to deliver larger items via PO Box addresses
  • Any items that arrive damaged, must be reported within 7 days of delivery. Any claims outside of this timeframe will not be accepted.
  • For remote area residents, please be aware that in some locations we are unable to deliver our larger items.
