  • Do you offer custom sizes for mirrors?
    We take great pride in our ability to craft custom mirrors. Whether you're seeking a distinctive shape, size or a personalised finish like brushed nickel, we are dedicated to making it happen for our clients.   • What is the lead time of a custom Studio mirror?
    Our custom mirrors require approximately 16 weeks for manufacturing and delivery to Perth. The meticulous process ensures high-quality and uniquely tailored mirrors that reflect each customer's style and preferences.

  • What does the price typically look like for a custom mirror? 
    The cost of a custom mirror may vary, but efforts are made to keep costs as low as possible. However with that said, it's important to note that this is a premium service, and the pricing aligns with its quality and our time in manufacturing a custom mirror. We are always happy to provide a free quote for custom mirrors.

  • What happens if an item is out of stock?
    Due to the demand for our Studio mirrors, occasional stock shortages may occur. However, we make every effort to provide accurate lead times for out-of-stock items. To secure your desired mirror and avoid missing out, we highly recommend pre-ordering it. This ensures that you'll receive the mirror promptly once it's back in stock.

    To maintain your mirror's pristine condition, we recommend regular cleaning using a microfiber cloth. It's essential to avoid using cleaners, bleach, or abrasive materials, as they may damage the mirror's surface. A gentle and careful cleaning approach will ensure your mirror remains clean and free from any harm.

Fixings & Installation

  • Do you provide the wall fixings for hanging the mirror?
    We refrain from providing fixings with our mirrors due to the significant variations in wall types across Australia, making it impractical to offer a one-size-fits-all solution.

  • Where is the best place to get fixings/hooks for the wall mirrors?
    Our primary suggestion is to engage a professional for the installation of your mirror. However, if you're eager to take on the task yourself, we advise visiting a local Bunnings or a reputable household hardware store. There, experienced experts can guide you in procuring suitable fixtures, as these can vary based on the type of wall you have.
  • What are the fixings on the back of your Studio mirrors?
    The studio mirrors have been meticulously designed with welded rear fixings, ensuring a secure and reliable attachment to the wall. Unlike traditional d-rings, our innovative fixings provide enhanced stability, allowing you the flexibility to hang the mirror in either landscape or portrait orientation. Rest assured, our focus on quality craftsmanship guarantees a seamless and durable installation for your satisfaction.

  • Is it okay to have a Studio Floor Length mirror standing leaning against the wall or does it need to be fixed to the wall?
    To ensure maximum safety, our Studio floor mirrors are thoughtfully equipped with an anti-tilt kit, providing a secure and stable attachment to the wall. This effectively prevents any potential accidents, allowing you to enjoy your mirror with complete peace of mind. Alternatively, our Floor Arch Mirrors are equipped with four hanging points for wall installation if that's your preference.
  • Can I hang a Studio Floor Mirror?
    You sure can! Our Studio floor mirrors are designed with versatility in mind. Each mirror is equipped with four hooks, allowing for easy and secure wall hanging. This feature enables you to effortlessly integrate our mirrors into your desired living space, providing an elegant and functional addition to any room.

  • How do I install the anti-tilt kit?
    In the kit, one specific component needs to be attached to the wall. Ensure that it is affixed close to one of the hooks on the rear of the mirror, as the wire provided is not very long and needs to be in proximity to reach properly.

    Once the bracket is securely on the wall, remove any of the oval-shaped clamps from the wire. Feed the wire through the hook on the back of the mirror, then through the clamp on the wall. Secure the two ends of the wire together using one of the oval-shaped clamps.

    It's important to note that the mirror is not intended to hang from the wire; rather, the wire serves as a preventive measure to stop it from sliding out or falling forward if accidentally knocked.

  • Can I install the mirrors myself?
    Indeed, our products are thoughtfully designed to ensure easy installation, and they come with comprehensive installation instructions for your convenience.

    If a do-it-yourself installation isn't your preference, we recommend consulting with an experienced tradesperson who can assist you in setting up the product to ensure optimal results. For Perth residents, we recommend The Hangmaster.

Returns & Refunds

  • My mirror arrived damaged – what do I do?
    In the rare occurrence of breakages during transit, we are dedicated to providing a speedy resolution. To initiate an exchange, we kindly request a picture of the damaged mirror. 

    Once we receive the image, we will promptly send you a replacement for the damaged item. In most cases, you won't need to return the damaged goods; you can dispose of or keep them as you prefer. In exceptional circumstances that require item collection, we will handle the process accordingly. 

    In the rare instance that this does happen, you must report any damages within seven days of receiving your mirror. 

  • What is your change of mind and refund policy on your Studio mirrors?
    If you wish to initiate a refund or exchange for your mirror, please ensure that the mirror has not been hung or installed before returning it and that it is still in its original packaging. This will allow us to process your request smoothly and efficiently.

  • How do I initiate a return? 

    To initiate the return or exchange process, please contact Dee at hello@granitelane.com.au and provide your order number along with your request for either an exchange or a refund.

    We want to remind you that as the customer, you are responsible for the return of the mirror, including covering any associated costs and making the necessary logistical arrangements.

  • What if I order the wrong size mirror?
    To proceed with an exchange, please send your mirror back to us. Once we receive the mirror, we will promptly process the exchange for the correct size. If there is any need for additional payment, we will inform you promptly. In the event that the exchange involves a mirror of lesser value, we will initiate a refund for the appropriate amount without delay.

  • My product is faulty, what do I do?
    For Studio mirrors purchased after January 1st, 2023, we offer a 10-year warranty. While it is unlikely, should you encounter any problems with your mirror, we kindly ask you to contact our warranties team with your purchase order number and a description of the issue, please include relevant images supporting your warranty claim.

    Once we validate your claim, our team will swiftly send out a replacement Studio mirror. Your trust in our products is highly valued, and we are fully dedicated to providing a seamless and efficient resolution for all warranty-related matters.

  • How quickly will my order be dispatched?
    Our efficient dispatch process ensures that all Studio mirrors are dispatched from Perth within 48 hours, from Monday through Friday. However, it's essential to note that dispatching the mirror does not necessarily mean that the item has been shipped at that exact moment.

    After dispatch, the shipping courier will take over the transportation of the mirror to its destination. The actual shipping time may vary depending on the destination and the shipping method chosen during checkout.

    After your Studio mirror has been shipped, we will promptly provide you with your shipping number for easy tracking. To stay updated on the status of your shipment, you can directly contact the courier responsible for the delivery.   • Who do you use to ship your mirrors?
    We use multiple courier services for deliveries across Australia, ensuring efficient and reliable services for you Our selected couriers are among the most reputable and dependable. Some of the prominent courier companies we work with include Allied Express, StarTrack, and TNT. Each of these courier partners has a strong track record of delivering packages safely and on time. By collaborating with these reputable couriers, we aim to provide our customers with a seamless delivery experience and the assurance that their packages will be handled with care throughout the entire process. The use of multiple couriers also allows us to cater to various locations and provide flexible shipping options to meet the diverse needs of our valued customers. 

  • Do you deliver to PO Boxes? 
    At this time, we only deliver to physical addresses, including residential homes and office locations. This requirement ensures that there is someone present to accept the delivery and receive the Studio mirror securely.

  • Do you have "Authority To Leave" (ATL) permission?
    Please note, all our Studio mirrors come with "Authority To Leave" (ATL) permission, which allows the courier to deliver the package to your specified address without the need for a signature upon delivery. This option provides greater flexibility and convenience for receiving the Studio mirror, as it does not require someone to be present to accept the delivery.

  • Is the courier able to give me a call before arriving at my place? 
    Unfortunately, the third-party courier is unable to make a call prior to the delivery. However, rest assured that you will be informed of the scheduled day of delivery. While a call before delivery is not possible, knowing the delivery day in advance allows you to plan accordingly and ensure you are available to receive the package.

Click & Collect

  • Do you offer same-day Click & Collect?
    We aim to provide a fast and efficient click-and-collect service. If the mirror is in stock, we will prioritise your order to try and ensure same-day collection. However, please note that our orders team will be in touch with you to confirm when your collection is ready for pick-up.

    To avoid any misunderstandings, we kindly ask that you do not assume the mirror will be available for collection until you receive communication from our orders team.
