The Granite Lane Black Friday Sale is valid from 5th November 2026 to 30th November 2026 (inclusive).

Black Friday Offer - 20–60% Off

  • 20% off furniture, homewares, mirrors, and artwork.

  • Up to 60% off selected outlet and ex-display items.

  • Discounts apply to eligible products only, subject to the exclusions outlined below.

  • All offers are available while stocks last.

Terms & Conditions

  • Sale pricing applies only to eligible orders placed between 5th November 2026 and 30th November 2026.

  • Sale prices cannot be back dated prior to the sale period. 

  • Discounts cannot be combined with any other offers, promotions or discount codes unless otherwise stated.

  • All offers are subject to product availability.

  • Granite Lane reserves the right to amend, extend or withdraw the Black Friday Sale at any time, subject to applicable law.

No Refunds, Exchanges or Cancellations for Change of Mind

  • All Black Friday purchases are considered final sale for change-of-mind purposes.

  • Refunds, exchanges and cancellations are not available for change of mind, incorrect selection or a change in personal circumstances.

  • This applies to all eligible online and in-store purchases made during the promotional period.

  • These conditions do not exclude or restrict customers' rights under Australian Consumer Law.

Outlet & Ex-Display Items

  • Selected outlet and ex-display items are reduced by up to 60%.

  • Outlet and ex-display items may include discontinued lines, floor stock, clearance items or products with minor imperfections.

  • These items are sold in their existing condition, with any known faults or imperfections disclosed prior to purchase.

  • Outlet and ex-display items are not eligible for returns or exchanges due to change of mind.

  • All purchases remain subject to applicable consumer guarantees under Australian Consumer Law.

Exclusions

The Black Friday Sale excludes the following brands and products:

  • Ethnicraft

  • Sketch

  • Tolv

  • Thermogroup LED products

  • Books

  • Granite Lane Rug Underlay

  • Granite Lane Outdoor Collection 

These products remain at their regular advertised prices for the duration of the promotion.

Custom & Made-to-Order Products

  • Custom and made-to-order products are produced specifically to customers' selected sizes, dimensions, fabrics, finishes and aesthetic preferences.

  • Due to their personalised nature, returns, exchanges or cancellations for change of mind are not permitted once an order has been placed.

  • This applies to both sale and non-sale purchases.

  • All custom and made-to-order purchases remain subject to applicable consumer guarantees under Australian Consumer Law.

Lead Times & Delivery Estimates

  • Estimated times of arrival (ETAs) provided at the time of purchase are indicative only and based on information available at that time.

  • Lead times may change due to supplier availability, production schedules, shipping delays or updated stock confirmations.

  • Stock availability and ETA updates are reviewed regularly and may be adjusted throughout the order process.

  • Customers will be notified of significant changes to their order where applicable.

Storage Fees

  • Storage fees may apply to custom-made items and large furniture pieces if delivery or collection is not arranged within 7 days of arrival at our warehouse.

  • Any applicable storage fees will be communicated to customers prior to being charged.

Order Availability & Pricing Errors

  • All Black Friday offers are subject to stock availability.

  • Granite Lane reserves the right to cancel or amend orders where products become unavailable, genuine pricing errors occur or fulfilment is not possible, subject to applicable law.

  • Customers will be contacted if their order is affected.

  • Where an order cannot be fulfilled, customers will be offered an appropriate remedy, including a refund where required by law.

Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in these Black Friday Terms & Conditions excludes, restricts or modifies any rights or remedies available to customers under the Australian Consumer Law.

Customers remain entitled to applicable consumer guarantees and remedies for faulty, damaged, incorrectly described or otherwise non-compliant products, including sale, outlet, ex-display and custom-made items.

Governing Terms

  • All Black Friday purchases are subject to Granite Lane's standard Terms of Service, Returns Policy and Privacy Policy, in addition to these Black Friday Terms & Conditions.

  • Where there is any inconsistency, these Black Friday Terms & Conditions take precedence for promotional purchases, to the extent permitted by law.

  • All terms remain subject to customers' statutory rights under Australian Consumer Law.
