Product Disclaimer

Care Instructions: Vacuum regularly on gentle to moderate setting, suction only. DO NOT use a turbo brush head. Shake regularly to remove dust and debris. Rotate the rug every 3 months to avoid uneven fading and wear. Although this rug has been designed for outdoor use, some fading may occur if exposed to high UV rays. If a liquid spill occurs, quickly soak up any fluid with a white absorbent cloth or paper towel. To clean, moisten a white or light-coloured absorbent cloth with cool-lukewarm water and dab carefully at the area (do not rub or agitate as this may spread the stain or damage the pile). A spot of mild detergent can be used. Avoid harsh chemicals or bleach. Allow to dry completely. In the case of food spills, vacuum away any dried matter to prevent it from entering the pile. Professional cleaning is recommended if any stains remain resistant. Do not dryclean. Heat will cause the fibres to shrink. Keep away from flame or direct heat sources. Avoid pulling loose yarns. Carefully trim to neaten. After rain or excessive moisture, drain fully to allow the fibres to dry. During extended periods of bad weather or when not in use, store the rug in a dry, covered area to prevent mould or mildew. If using indoors, a Rug Master underlay is recommended to help prevent slipping, creeping or stretching.
