Designed by Granite Lane and hand-crafted in India by our fourth-generation rug-making family, the Sola Collection combines heritage craftsmanship with modern style.

Easy to care for and built to last, Sola embodies the balance of craftsmanship, comfort, and timeless design — a true reflection of Granite Lane’s aesthetic.

The Sola palette — Dusk, Pearl, Jade, Orchid, Desert, Olive, and Lapis — captures the gentle interplay of light and shadow, bringing warmth, depth, and calm to contemporary interiors.

Each rug is hand-loomed from premium New Zealand wool with a cotton stitch and a sturdy cotton backing for structure and durability. The cut-pile surface is soft underfoot, while a subtle border at each of the small ends adds quiet definition and refinement.

All of our Granite Lane rugs are GoodWeave accredited.

Product Disclaimer

Hand loomed in India from pure New Zealand wool with a cotton backing, the Sola Collection offers softness, resilience, and warmth underfoot. Wool’s natural fibres resist soiling and wear, making it a practical choice for everyday living.

Care and Maintenance:

Made from a blend of wool, cotton and viscose, this rug has been designed to be both beautiful and enduring. Vacuum regularly using suction only, avoiding rotating brushes. Attend to spills promptly by blotting with a clean, dry cloth. For spot cleaning, use cool water with a small amount of mild wool detergent, taking care not to over-wet the fibres. Allow to dry naturally.

Professional cleaning is recommended. Do not steam clean, soak or use harsh chemicals. Avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight.
