Promotion Period
The Granite Lane Mid Year Sale runs from 6th June 2026 to 20th June 2026 (inclusive). Sale pricing applies only within this promotional period.
Promotional Offer
Discounts apply to selected full-priced items during the promotional period. Specific discount rates will be as advertised in-store or online.
Exclusions
The following brands and product categories are excluded from all Birthday Sale promotions:
- Artwork - Limited Edition Prints and Canvas, Alisha Falconer
- Sketch - all products
- Tolv - all products
- Ethnicraft - all products
- Granite Lane - Sola Rugs
- Books
- LED Mirrors
- Clearance, outlet, or already discounted items
No additional discounts will be applied to the above items.
Discount Application
- Discounts are applied at the time of purchase.
- Discounts cannot be backdated to prior purchases.
- Discounts are non-transferable to other orders or products.
- You can only apply 1 discount to an order.
Sale Conditions
- All purchases made during the sale are considered final.
- No refunds, exchanges, or store credits will be issued for change of mind on sale items.
Pre-Order Items
- Pre-order items are ordered specifically to meet the customer’s requirements.
- Cancellations, refunds, or exchanges are not permitted for pre-order items.
- Estimated lead times are provided at the time of purchase and may vary due to external factors.
Custom Made Furniture
- All custom furniture is made to the customer’s specifications and requirements.
- Any cancellations will result in the forfeiture of the deposit, which is non-refundable.
Lead Time
Lead times commence once all of the following have been completed:
- Order has been confirmed
- Custom specification sheets have been signed off from the customers approval
- Minimum deposit has been received
Lead times are estimates only and may be subject to delays outside of Granite Lane’s control.
Returns & Fees
- Returns for items deemed acceptable will incur:
- Return shipping fees (if applicable)
- Repackaging/restocking fees
All returns are subject to approval by Granite Lane.
Damaged or Defective Goods
- Any defects must be reported within 48 hours of receiving the goods.
- Customers must provide:
- Photos or video provided of the defect
- Order details

All issues will be formally acknowledged and reviewed internally. A resolution will be provided following assessment.
Customer Responsibility
Customers are responsible for ensuring:
- Accurate room measurements
- Suitable access for delivery (including doorways, staircases, and lift access)
Granite Lane will not be liable for delivery issues arising from incorrect information provided by the customer.
General Conditions
- Granite Lane reserves the right to amend or withdraw this promotion at any time without notice.
- By making a purchase during the promotional period, customers agree to these Terms & Conditions.
