The Granite Lane July Winter Sale runs from 1st July 2026 to 31st July 2026 (inclusive). Sale pricing applies only within this promotional period.

Promotional Offer

The following discounts apply to selected full-priced products during the promotional period:

Exclusions

The following brands and product categories are excluded from the July Winter Sale:

  • Sketch – all products

  • Tolv – all products

  • Ethnicraft – all products

  • Thermogroup LED Mirrors

  • Baya Rugs

  • The Rug Collection Rugs

  • Clearance, outlet, or already discounted items

No additional discounts will be applied to the above items.

Discount Application

  • Discounts are applied at the time of purchase.

  • Discounts cannot be backdated to prior purchases.

  • Discounts are non-transferable to other orders or products.

  • Only one promotional offer or discount can be applied per order.

Outlet & Ex-Display Items

  • Outlet and clearance products are discounted until sold out and will not be replenished.

  • Ex-display items are sold as seen from our Osborne Park showroom.

  • Customers are encouraged to inspect ex-display items prior to purchase, as signs of use or minor imperfections may be present.

  • No refunds, exchanges or store credits are available on ex-display or outlet purchases unless required under Australian Consumer Law.

Sale Conditions

All purchases made during the sale are considered final.

No refunds, exchanges or store credits will be issued for change of mind on discounted or sale items unless required under Australian Consumer Law.

Pre-Order Items

Pre-order items are ordered specifically to meet the customer's requirements.

  • Standard Granite Lane pre-order terms and conditions apply.

  • Cancellations, refunds or exchanges are not permitted on discounted pre-order items.

  • Estimated lead times are provided at the time of purchase and may vary due to external factors.

Custom Made Furniture

All custom furniture is made to the customer's specifications and requirements.

Any cancellations will result in non-refundable deposits.

Lead Time

Lead times commence once all of the following have been completed:

  • Order has been confirmed.

  • Custom specification sheets have been signed off by the customer.

  • Minimum deposit has been received.

Lead times are estimates only and may be subject to delays outside of Granite Lane's control.

Returns & Fees

Returns for items deemed acceptable will incur:

  • Return shipping fees (if applicable).

  • Repackaging/restocking fees.

All returns remain subject to Granite Lane's standard Returns Policy and approval.

Damaged or Defective Goods

Any defects must be reported within 48 hours of receiving the goods.

Customers must provide:

  • Photos or video of the defect.

  • Order details.

All issues will be formally acknowledged and reviewed internally. A resolution will be provided following assessment.

Customer Responsibility

Customers are responsible for ensuring:

  • Accurate room measurements.

  • Suitable access for delivery (including doorways, staircases and lift access).

Granite Lane will not be liable for delivery issues arising from incorrect information provided by the customer.

General Conditions

  • Granite Lane reserves the right to amend or withdraw this promotion at any time without notice.

  • By making a purchase during the promotional period, customers agree to these Terms & Conditions.
