Gift Cards are redeemable online at granitelane.com.au or in any Granite Lane showroom. 

Terms Of Use

• Gift Cards are issued by Granite Lane and are redeemable for merchandise only.
• The balance left on a Gift Card will not be returned to a customer in the form of cash.
• Gift Cards may not be returned, applied to previously purchased merchandise, or used to buy another gift card. Promotions or discounts cannot be applied to gift card purchases.
• If a Gift Card is lost, stolen or destroyed, it is at Granite Lane's discretion to replace it if you provide the card number.
• A replacement card will be the value of the Gift Card at the time Granite Lane processes your request.
• A Gift Card has a 36-month expiration from the date it was purchased.
• Loyalty rewards and coupon codes cannot be redeemed to purchase part/all of a gift card.
