Calm & Contemporary living in Duncraig
Nestled in Perth's northern suburbs, this 1980's classic brick home has been transformed into a peaceful haven for a family seeking respite from the hustle and bustle of life as small business owners.
We selected several locally crafted pieces from our Granite Lane Collection as the customisable designs allowed us to introduce the perfect items to align with our design vision.
Natural timbers paired with peachy toned fabrics create depth and warmth in the calm, contemporary settings.

What began as a dark sunken addition to the adjoining living room originally dominated by red brick and slate, now represents a light intimate space that the family can wind down in at the end of the day.
A custom Amalfi Sofa and Rueben Armchairs provide the perfect spot to curl up in front of the Venetian Plastered fireplace.
Each of the bedrooms have been crafted to evoke a feeling of tranquility. Minimalist styling in hues seen elsewhere in the home, helped us to promote a seamless and relaxed environment.

Upon entering the home you'll immediately feel the tranquil atmosphere inviting relaxation, rejuvenation, and interest. Custom cabinetry and bench seating has been carefully crafted by Silverline Cabinets to create the perfect storage and drop zone.
By enclosing the original formal dining zone and moving the access to the exterior, the family were able to create a pool side kitchen and dining space, perfect for entertaining family and friends in all year round.
Custom bench seating integrated into the outdoor dining area in a serene sage toned Warwick Fabric, maximises the seating space and provides colour continuity between the indoor and outdoor living zones.
