Prize on offer

Total individual prizes are up to value of $10,000 (including GST). Winners will receive the specific prize they have entered for which will be described on the competition website - this includes: 

The prize cannot be transferred, exchanged or redeemed for cash.
There can be no returns on prizes won.
Items cannot be exchanged or substituted for other items.

• Information on how to enter and prizes form part of the terms of entry. Entry into the competition is deemed acceptance of these terms and conditions.

• Entrants agree to allow us to install and photograph their bedroom for the $10,000 giveaway within 14 weeks of the entrant being announced.
• Entrant lives with 25km of our Osborne Park showroom.
• Photography will be arranged by Granite Lane at the time of installation.
• A consultation appointment will need to be arranged within 2 weeks of winning the $10,000 Bedroom Giveaway. During this consultation, we will explore your bed options, materials, fabrics, and choose further selections included in your price.
• We anticipate an installation date 10-12 weeks from your initial meeting with us.

Who can enter

• Applicants must be within 25km of our Osborne Park showroom
• Entry is open to Perth Residents over the age of 21 except employees and immediate families of Granite Lane and their associated companies and agencies. 
• Entrants must be 21 years of age or older as at the date of entry in order to be eligible to enter the competition.

When to enter

• The Competition will commence on the 1st of April, 2024 at 9am AWST and run until the 30th of April at 9am AWST. Entries must be received prior to the competition close dates and times.
• The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any late, lost or misdirected entries due to technical disruptions, network congestion or for any other reason.

How to enter

• Entrants may enter the competition by completing the competition entry form on the promotional website https://www.granitelane.com.au/pages/10k-bedroom-giveaway or via Facebook.
• Granite Lane reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process, who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms & Conditions of Entry or who has, in the opinion of Granite Lane, engaged in conduct in entering the Promotion which is fraudulent, misleading, deceptive or generally damaging to the goodwill or reputation of the Promotion and/or Promoter. This includes, but not limited, to entrants and households using multiple email addresses.

Number of Entries permitted

• Only one entry per entrant will be permitted in each individual competition draw.

Draw and Notification of winner

• The winner of our $10,000 Bedroom Giveaway will be at random in accordance with these Terms and Conditions via Viralsweep.
• The winner will be announced Wednesday, May 1st, 2024.
• The winner will be notified by phone and/or email within 24 hours of the draw.
• Should an entrant’s contact details change during the promotional period, it is the entrant’s responsibility to notify Granite Lane. 

Further Terms and Conditions

• If an entrant uses any form of software or third party application to enter multiple times (including scripting software), organises for a third party to enter on their behalf in breach of these terms and conditions or enters using incorrect contact details, their entry will be deemed invalid. If such an entrant wins a prize, the entrant must immediately return the prize to Granite Lane.
• Granite Lane reserves the right to redraw the prize if an entrant who claims to be a prize winner is unable to satisfy these terms and conditions.

Copyright, Statutory guarantees, Waiver and liability:

• All entries become the property of Granite Lane. Granite Lane will collect personal information about you for the purposes of conducting this promotion. Any disclosure of such information will be made as required by law and in accordance with these terms and conditions but no further use of this information will be made without prior consent.
• All entries will be entered into a database which Granite Lane may use the entrant’s names and email address for future promotional, marketing and publicity purposes in any media worldwide without notice and without any fee being paid unless otherwise advised by the entrant. By entering this competition, entrants confirm that they allow their details to be used for this purpose. If entrants no longer consent to their details being used for future marketing purposes, the entrant should contact Granite Lane on their details set out below.
